
All I can say is holy cow! I have been reading about the 30 day Shred DVD by Jillian Michaels for months on different blogs. It's super cheap... read less than $10 and has three levels of work-outs so you can progress at your own pace. Everyone who has done it has raved about what a good work out it is and I have to agree. My legs are jello. So much so that I thought I would fall down the stairs several times today because my legs would just buckle. A-mazing what a work-out I got this morning! I am looking forward to seeing the changes in my endurance, and hopefully my clothing too! Updates to come as Jillian continues to kick my butt!
P.S. I know I never posted about Kenzie's graduation, but I'm waiting on pics from my momma
I have that DVD too and i love it!! i need to do it religiously tho and see how the results are :-)
