What's for dinner?

Thought I'd share a favorite recipe in the Quinby house. This is beef stroganoff made in the handy-dandy crockpot. I LOVE crockpot meals! There's nothing like coming home from work to the smell of dinner waiting. :) Okay, here's the super easy recipe...

1. Place 4 cups of beef cubes in slow cooker.
2. Cover with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
3. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours.
4. Before serving, stir in 1 cup of sour cream (I go for the light stuff).
5. Serve over cooked rice, pasta, or baked potatoes.

It doesn't come any easier (or tastier!) than this! Enjoy!
